Return Policy


Regarding all orders, our goal is happy customers and to be kind to the environment. Therefore, we do not offer free return shipping as we want to discourage customers from ordering goods that they intend to return, which leads to additional transports and freight that is harmful to our planet. We will therefore deduct the shipping cost (SEK 199) from the total refund amount on a return. Applicable right of exchange - see below.

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal unless otherwise expressly stated.

If you are not completely satisfied with your latest purchase, we are happy to accept returns on products that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

All products you return must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. Returned products are not accepted if they have been used, washed or handled carelessly.

Each hat will be inspected upon return and must be returned in its original packaging. The cost (SEK 199) to return the goods is at the customer's expense (for exchange of goods, see our exchange policy).

We exchange hats that are returned due to incorrect size at no cost after we have received the product with the wrong size in return.

If you should receive a damaged product, you are welcome to send it back free of charge and receive a full refund or new item.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded for the returned products minus the shipping cost back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If we receive a return in unsuitable condition, a refund will not be issued but the product / products will be sent back to you. Milour is responsible for this shipping cost.

The products you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. Save your return receipt and proof of the value of the products you have returned.

We are not responsible for products returned to us by mistake.

In the event of an uncollected package, the customer must pay return shipping and an administrative fee.

It usually takes 14 days for returns to be received and processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this may take up to 5 business days.
